I'm lookin for a figther starting PvE / PvP toon... 'caus I don't wan't to loose all of my indus. implant in noobs pvp action again and again... huhu.
I've got not enought ISK so I can't offert more than 5b, I know for this cost I don't hope an OP Toon but I wan't save time.

What I hope :
- I wan't a role play name, not an epic name : just not a troll or kid. (I prefere a Minmatar / Gallente avatar but it really has no importance).

I hope some of this skill :
- Drones
- Gunnery
- Starting Armor tanking
- Gallente Spaceship Command
- and some Eletronics / Engineering... ( Targeting, evasive...)

Or T3 starter char in Gallente / Minmatar.
