No sir, this is the part where I call out the rest of the CSM for spending all their time trying to be amateur game developers and not dealing with CCP CHEATING by intercepting player communications. Go back to that, let me inform the players about CCP misconduct.

PS: The CSM doesnt care about it much-even though IMO it should be #1 problem to address.

So CCP logging text messages for purposes like having logs for GM's to check if someone is abusive or harass people is news to anybody? Damn, D3 must be thicker than I even realized.

Darius III makes claims of CCP malfeasance. Claims CCP logging of ingame player communications, including evemails and the content of chat channels, is somehow "cheating". D3 somehow completely misses the first section of CCP's privacy policy.

Assuming that Darius has more details or actual evidence it would be extremely stupid of him to share it before the other CSM members have gone on record rushing to the defense of CCP.

Hello Darius III,

I commend you for your bravery in speaking out against this outrage!

However, my sources reveal a much darker secret held by the CCP offices, they say even brave and self-sacrificing CSM members like Darius III do not even dare to reveal this secret, out of fear for Real Life prosecution.

It has come to the attention of me and my associates that CCP does not only intercept our communication, but also keeps financial information (my sources suggest even full credit card details!!!) of their players!

This is the real outrage, Darius III, and I call upon you as the bravest member of the CSM to fully investigate this issue and act accordingly!!!

We, the players of New Eden are counting on you, Darius! Do not let us down!

That is something I will never do. I will likely be banned anyway for breaking the NDA but once they investigate-they will find that I did NOT break the NDA or the EULA.Not that that will prevent my banning-even if I followed the rules 100%

If I do not return, please know that my thoughts are with the many friends I met and I will always cherish the good times we had. Best regards, D3

Perhaps they were intercepting Two Step's communications to help find holes to poke, so they get another round of vacation time, instead of having to redo POSs.

Upon further investigation it seems clear that CCP is intercepting all the CSM communications as well, including our RL communications!

I am sure I have won the publisher's clearing house contest and yet I have not received any notification! In addition I have a novel and a movie script submitted to a publisher and a major studio and as of yet have not been told my book will be published or details of the giant check I will be receiving for my screen play about a college drop out that becomes a rock star sensation with his music based on his ability to play a cornet with his nose while zylophoning with his elbows! Did I mention he is also a ninja that kills ghosts and zombies in his time between gigs? And he is also a caveman that was once frozen in ice and a time traveling immortal with feathers instead of hair! I mean this movie has everything!

The obvious appeal of this as a feature film makes it clear that someone is messing with my RL personal communications!

We need to get to the bottom of this CCP scandal! If you have ever had mail go missing, a package take longer to be delivered or items delivered with an odd North Atlantic fish smell you can be sure CCP has had its way with your mail!

Next time you are on the phone and in the background there are noises like the cry of whales or puffins in nets being dragged to viking kitchens be sure your CCP overlords are listening in!!

Do not worry Eve players! The CSM 7 is on top of this scandal!! We already have ships in the North Atlantic searching for secret CCP facilities and have engaged the UN to find out how CCP has been engaged in this clear interruption of Internationale commerce!.

Eve players, the CSM 7 have your backs in this horrible crisis!

Darius, this is a life lesson: Don't try to point a gun if you don't have bullets (yet). Especially if everybody knows that you don't have the bullet (because you also told it). If you have something relevant, you should have kept it in secret inside CSM ( or withing some few members of it ) until the right moment. But now it is all wasted... and you shall now pray to don't get shot by the one you was pointing at. ( but probably they will just LOL on you... you don't even deserves a bullet. )

Assuming the allegation is referring to a CCP employee passing on in game communications to another player so that that player, or his associates, can gain an in game advantage - surely that should be a matter to be brought up with Internal Affairs?
