Hey, just wanted to throw in on this. I'm from the twin cities area and have been an E.V.E. player off and on since nearly the start. I put it down when I get distracted by shiny new MMO's but always come back "home" when they let me down. Anyhow, it's killer when you can have a core group of players from the same time zone, at least for small operations. Also easier to trust people you know IRL when you are flying a rig loaded with next to irreplaceable mods and cargo that just took you half a day to mine. Anyhow I'm just about to get myself back in. I was never a "big dog" so to speak but I was a decent wing commander, at least for small scale skirmishes. I've at least dipped my toes into nearly every aspect of the game, and one thing I know for sure is in this game, more than any other, having people you can depend on is priceless. Absolutely drop me a note if anyone is planning to start up a corp for us upper-midwest players. I'd include Iowa on that list as well, just because I've known players from there in the past.
