I'm here to report after over a year i have been trying to get assets stolen from me, ccp has closed the petition stating top much time is passed. They wont even here me out on a few convo's. Awhile ago i received a keyl;ogger from a secure ccp website 700+mill in wallet was stolen billions of item reprocessed and sold and transfered back and forth to alts. Nothing they could do since other players were involved and did not need to be punished, rl issue kept me from playing a bit or acessing internet at all. After only 5 comments they closed it saying:

Snipped GM communication. -- ISD LackOfFaith

I got 700 mill back in liquid assets from wallet and skills replaced, I asked since they reprocessed it and sold i should get that isk, along time ago (and im sure its saved on there logs still) I tried reoping it and thats the response i got. I was hacked threw there secured website and i want is the isk from refined items not counting value as they were all faction like my golem with caldari navy cruise launchers and a fleet of ships i was told nothing they can do.....why not? you cant get that isk and ban the people? nope apparently not and now they wont even look at it. So fyi do not click on any eve link as it was not even a link on forums it was going threw there mainsite and i got rerouted, when arriving to an unkown place i closed it but clearly was to late. It has been awhile now but been fighting it the entire time. Dont be suprised looking on there forums if this dosent happen to you and dont be suprised when they say tuf crap for lack of a more appropriate word. This wasent a scam it was hacking from there site from them, wich so happened to be around the same time there devs were publicly caught giving t2 bpo's out to players in a large powerblock ingame. coincidence?.....maybe but seems suspicious. Let every one know that surfing even eve website is at your own risk as stated by that GM. No wonder those hackers targeted eve a year ago....and a bunch of other games as well. Were tired of the lack of security so things move faster so they can make more money....when will the time come when a company says: okay were making allot lats make it safe for our consumers? I doubt never as greed is a bottomless pit. They support tests actions as it can happen in rl.....allot fo things can happen in rl that they ban for. Just wondering when the hypocracey stops and ccp decides what kind of company they want to be. Do they stand for anything? Well anything but money that is. Just saying if someone hacked there bank accounts in rl they'd expect authorities to do something but here hay it can happen so deal with it.

I've never heard of anyone having their stuff reimbursed because their account was broken in to. Maybe you should be more careful with your browsing habits, as I seriously doubt your claim of getting a keylogger from a secure CCP website.

You are posting in the wrong forum. C&P is part of the game play center, meaning, only affairs which take entirely place inside the sandbox are discussed here.

You could try General Discussion or maybe Out of Pod Experience.

However, you have already broken a couple of rules, i.e. posting of petitions.

CCP has given you all the information you need. You just need to understand it - what is gone is gone and because you allowed too much time to pass. CCP does not keep their logs forever.

Loss is meaningful. Therefore is the loss of meaning likewise meaningful. It is the source of all trolling.
