HIC's and Decloaking with new patch updates.

I notice when I decloak my HIC now that I am not able to deploy my bubble, will this be fixed or is it considered new behavior with the new changes?

To my understanding it is an intended consequence and not a bug something about no aggressive actions while decloaking. I think its lame but it is what it is. Interdictors however can use a bubble after decloaking on a side note so i guess its time to dust off the old Eris.
