The term of "intercept" in the context of intelligence means to spy, or interfere/acquire data in an inappropriate manner. In other words, I'm guessing that some parties in a war were connected to some CCP entities and used that connection to acquire logs containing valuable intel.

Far as I'm concerned, given how large CCP is and how some members of CCP have their own interests, it wouldn't be too far off-base, especially if there isn't a thorough audit on a regular basis (which would be time-consuming and costly to conduct, thus enabling such misconduct to potentially fly under the radar).

So, whatever happens with this "bomb" by Darius, I'm sure that CCP is going to try to keep it under wraps. Again, I wouldn't be surprised.

Misconduct has happened in the past, and it'll happen again in the future. It's just a matter of how it becomes public knowledge, and whether or not the players will react to it.

Do your CSM-wide skype calls dissolve into hating on D3 as soon as he logs on?

I wouldn't know, because he is never on. I think he has said about 2 things on Skype this year.

on a more serious note,
everything is recorded and its known that CCP employees have toons in just about every large alliance in the game so if this fly by night spy leaking logs gained through CCP access was true would it really surprise anyone? hell it could be explained by concord having a spai in their mail room right? last i checked there is an internal affairs group in CCP who probably woulda caught this.

I wouldn't know, because he is never on. I think he has said about 2 things on Skype this year.

I thought public service announcements were supposed to be made by useful people and addressed to the general public, for the betterment of said public. What we have here it seems, is a bunch of color coded people looking questioningly at some complete tool with a fancy CSM ticker as he proceeds to make his rectum jealous of his mouth by way of all the fecal matter spewing out of it.

No sir, this is the part where I call out the rest of the CSM for spending all their time trying to be amateur game developers and not dealing with CCP CHEATING by intercepting player communications. Go back to that, let me inform the players about CCP misconduct.

Once my source comes forward we will have more information.

PS: The CSM doesnt care about it much-even though IMO it should be #1 problem to address.
