ExeFile starts, but eve client doesn't

After applying the patch this morning and playing for an hour or so, now the eve client won't run even though the process is. I have tried running it from the bin file, the repair tool, and reapplying the patch to no avail. I have submitted a bug report, but can't seem to attach the files i gathered to this post.
