Character Customization Shader Problems

Recently I have been having more problems with the character menu then is useually expected.
When I load it up sometimes the entire character turns pitch black and other times this happens after I change an article of clothing or makeup.

The problem presents in various forms as listed below.

Matte Black character and shinny black eyes
Oil Black characters with shimmery skin
FullBright character with no shading/looks very low quality like a LOD texture would look up close.


Any ideas on how to fix this? Keep in mind running the repair client corrupts my launcher ever since retribution.
