In null almost every fc uses a tool called fc scout tool.

You simply scan local and copy and paste the results in a tool which then instantly shows you what the enemy has in the next system, you can do this in a matter of seconds. You cant do this in high sec!

Null sec scouts are becoming obsolete.

Heres the tool

idiots,

The scout is in the next system, the fc can instantly know whats in the next system.

You know what, lock this thread for my moderator, tards and trolls have totally derailed it.

I was going to point out that the scout is +1 but you beat me to it.

Anyways a good scout will be faster than that scan tool. Just have the essential stuff show on your scan , look at local and report if the gate and d-scan is clear or not then the ships if there are any on scan.

Amused... and a little sad. Kind of like how I feel sad when I see people who think the Earth is 6000 years old.

As sad when you see people wishing the Earth a 2013th birthday on the 1st?

How have we derailed it? We explained its use, being the people that use it daily, this is no different to hitting print screen and then mailing the pic to the FC, it just removes the 1 minute it takes to do so, your just trying to create some kneejerk reactions to your own misconceptions and tin foil hattedness

Step 1: create useless thread
Step 2: tell everyone that posts to go away
Step3: get thread locked cos your not winning
PROFIT?

I don't see how this can't be done in highsec too.

Doesn't local and dscan work the same in highsec? :/

Yea it does, but in high sec the dscan will pick up neutral ships. So you wouldnt be able to tell the difference from hostile and neutral.

D-Scan lets you filter with your overview settings. Because you can set overview filters for lots of different things including standings does this allow to filter out allies and only to show enemies.

So you can use it in high-sec, too.

Loss is meaningful. Therefore is the loss of meaning likewise meaningful. It is the source of all trolling.

People do stuff like this on a regular basis, unfortunately.

De'Veldrin's Corollary (to Malcanis' Law): Any idea that seeks to limit the ability of a large nullsec bloc to do something in the name of allowing more small groups into sov null will inevitably make it that much harder for small groups to enter sov null.

I like the way how he invents arguments and then half the forum jumps on it. I am not sure which is more amusing to watch. I do like to bite it, too. Cool

Much as I have come to love this ugly face, I still find it hard to believe sometimes that there's an actual real-life person behind it.

Unsuccessfully it seems.

Also: Niky, dude those tools do not replace whatever, those are just as much of help as every other 3rd party soft available for Eve to make so information available is somewhat condensed/organized/easier to take a look at.

You're overestimating the value of these tools.
