Plex special offer and new acc´s

Hi,

I will upgrade my trial account today, my corp mate told that he got an special offer for buy plex. I would like to know if i upgrade , i will be able to buy plex with the same offer or this is only for vet´s players.

i can´t look at plex sales coz my account still trial, but my corp mate told that in his account management there an option saying that plex are for sale with an special offer.

just take a look in your account management.

That will likely be valid for you too once you are a paid account.

Those offers are for paying accounts, so you will qualify for it.

The only different kinds of special offers are ones that are for any paying account and once made for new players. The new player offers have two variations, ones that only work if you create a new account with the offer and ones that work to upgrade an existing trial account.

The PLEX bonus is only available to accounts created with a buddy invite. This cannot be combined with other offers.

Also the account must be upgraded in an acceptable manner:

@Tau, I believe he is referring to the sale on PLEX that is currently running, and not a buddy invite.

On the same note, didn't CCP say they were getting rid of the PLEX bonus for buddy invites?

@OP, As others mentioned, any sales on PLEX available to paid accounts will be available to you upon upgrading from your trial. Likewise, if there are any trial promotions going on, you will likely be unable to access them with a paid account.

The PLEX bonus for buddy invites is still available, but you cannot get the PLEX reward if the buddy account was subscribed using a PLEX (you can still claim the 30 days account time reward though).
