Since that pretty much covers that topic completely, mods can you please lock this thread? There's really nothing else to say.

De'Veldrin's Corollary (to Malcanis' Law): Any idea that seeks to limit the ability of a large nullsec bloc to do something in the name of allowing more small groups into sov null will inevitably make it that much harder for small groups to enter sov null.

I don't see how this can't be done in highsec too.

Doesn't local and dscan work the same in highsec? :/

Yea it does, but in high sec the dscan will pick up neutral ships. So you wouldnt be able to tell the difference from hostile and neutral.

open dscan, enter max range, set the angle to 360, ctrl-a ctrl-c and paste into that tool

This is a tool used by scouts to tell whats on scan in the system they are in, has nothing to do with whats in the next system, and is almost 99% used for combat ops


Please remove the tin foil hat and try again

I'm always amused at people who think nullsec is safer than highsec.
