Like i said, this plan isnt perfect and has kinks that need to be worked out. And usally a bounty hunter already knows who they are going after and dont just run into someone then go after them. Its true kill rights do give you the right to kill someone but, most of the time people dont have the right ship and the right group to go get them back. Thats why they create bounty's. Right now it is very pointless system and i dont know anyone that uses this system. Lets say you are trying to find someone and it takes 6 hours to find them, hopefully they are in low or null sec, not in a gang and is not flying a better ship then you. And you do manage to kill them but they are only flying a ship that cost 80 mil. Totally not even worth the time or effort, the way it is now its just put a bounty on someone and hope they bump into someone randomly and kills them, but thats the way it is now bounty or not. if your in low or null sec and you run into someone chances are they are going to kill you bounty or not.

Can't understand the point of bounties tbh except as a sweetener if a kill right is available. I've got reasonable bounties on most of my characters and haven't been ganked for ages.

I'd love to be able to pay to generate a kill right (think of it as a bribe to get Concord to look the other way) but I guess that wouldn't go down too well in high sec.

Zappity's Adventures for a taste of lowsec and nullsec.
