Do any kspace systems have statics? I found a K162 in my hole today that leads to a lowsec system. The wh in the lowsec system was obviously named.

Will this "static" stick around in the lowsec system, periodically respawning as wh's do in wspace systems?

No, k-space systems do not have statics.

What you found is what is generally called a wandering wormhole.

It is possible in nullsec though to have an structure or i-hub upgrade or whatever that will increase the amount of wormholes that spawn in the system.
