I threw the BS flag on page one. This is as believable as someone claiming a visit from some mob enforcers to their bakery was exciting and welcomed. Whatever.

Remove standings and insurance.

In reality land that would be correct.

However most of us realize this is a game, where life and death encounters are part of the fun. If you were in a game about organized crime (which you kind of are) a visit from the mob and the accompanying decision to fight, pay, flee, or die might very well be one of the high points of the game.

Honestly I would love to get my Drake properly fitted for once, then just wait in belts to see if anyone comes along to gank miners, and once their criminal flags go up, just hail missiles. Give James 315 and his ilk a taste of good ole Caldari Justice.

Well, points for attitude anyway... but there are a couple of problems with your plan.

If they are just bumping the miners, there is no criminal (or suspect) flag... thus you cannot fire on them unless you choose to suicide gank them with your Drake. Smile

If the go for a gank, Concord will kill them likely before you have a chance to lock em up... although if you are quick you might get a small piece of that kill mail (but you won't get the kill itself).
