Singularity Account Reactivation?

I noticed the singularity account reactivation thread was closed and I did not see a new one yet. Could one be started so I can request access to Sisi? I must have subscribed right after the mirror was taken.

I am very sorry, but your character does not exist on Singularity, so it cannot be reactivated. You will have to wait for the next mirror.
