Negative sec Status is Trouble

How would I get a -3.1 sec status back up quickly? Would taking a few systems in low sec do it fast?

Best way is to go to null, kill 1 BS rat per system, try get through as many systems in 15 mins. it takes to get the sec standing updates.

When I do the grind, I will normally pick a 10 jump pipe. Try hit a BS rat in every system and jump to the next and repeat.

Yes but it's slow because you only get credit for one of them per system every 15 minutes.

It's the highest value rat in a 15 minute period per system. Which means if you take 30 minutes to finish the mission you'll get two sec increases, or if you chain two together in less than 15 minutes in two different systems you'll get two. I can't remember if it changed recently but it used to also be per faction where if you had two missions with different factions (say, Angels and Blood Raiders) in the same system, you'd get two increases, Worlds Collide never gave a sec increase for this reason.

Some other missions don't give a sec increase, some will seemingly randomly not do it even if it's a pirate faction and no mercenary mission does, IIRC.

Get a cheap ship and rat in null, or join a null sec corp.
Also when you need to be in high sec for isk making dont go to low sec for pvp, since its not worth it.
At least im my opinion, if you want to pvp you will be better of to go to null sec.

The best way to fix your sec status is to pod people in high sec. I understand, my sec status too is broken, although not quite as bad as yours. A few pods and everything will be okay.

I can really live with my Current sec status.... only problem is that ALL my **** is in Jita. I recently Dumped the vast majority of my ISK into a some trade goods and a VERY expensively fit Rokh. I have like 3 mill and a sec status too low to go get my ****. THe sec status occurred for shooting someone on accident. I had just come out of low sec PVP and my safety was still off. Someone targeted me, I accidentally hit my weapons... **** went down. .... thats about it. ha

Contract your stuff in jita to red frog or another haulage corp to get it out of jita to slightly lower sec space

A well fit Assault Frigate roaming lowsec will do nicely. Too small and quick to get caught in gatecamps (assuming you're not dumb), powerful enough to take out battleships with some piloting skill required.

Best way is to fit a long range bomber and chain rats in null sec.

in a day you can have that -3 up enought to go to most high sec systems.
