What we are looking for:

WH or Null PvP corps with at least 20 active members.
Majority of members have PvP experience, can follow FC orders, and can fly T3s and capital ships.
We will be taking on 1-2 growing PvP corps with potential.
All corp members must have full API on file.
All corp members must be willing to "for science" themselves.

The primary corp, POSHU is a recognized and fast growing name in upper class wormholes.


Playstyle:

We recognize ourselves as hardcore PvP group - our main focus is on WH space but we don't have a problem with ops outside the WH territory. We don't avoid PvP, we would rather die in a fire than possing up. You can expect the following.

PVE is done only for blinging out our PvP ships.
Advanced PvP, fits and FC is expected.
We are not interested in larger conflicts outside WH space.

Goals:


Grow steadily
Create an advanced PvP community, to take on challenges of WH PvP.
Plan and execute large PvP operations against all WH space entities.
Start a fire, become well known and feared.
Have well set leadership structure with support of departments to keep the alliance running.

Culture:

During PvP operations we are very serious, and have our members recognize it is not a time for joking around.
We are very laid back when it is appropriate. Free to make jokes of others to certain extent, attend voice comms - usual team building stuff.
Sharing is encouraged but stealing or theft by alliance members will result in severe penalty for the offender.


PVE & PVP:

PvE is done by running sleeper sites. With or without capitals, with any numbers.
PvE in static is forbidden.
Industrial activity is limited to off time of alliance only.
PvP is the main thing we do - we consider ourselves to be advanced PvPers and only fly with the most skilled pilots, in the most blinged out ships.
Every ship matters: standard fleet setup is armor or shield T3 with support of T3 ewar - carrier or guard/basi logistics.
Capitals are used in combat with proper fits, skills, boosters


Restrictions:

Any kind of harassment/brutal racism to anybody inside or outside alliance.
PvP is done in parties.
Soloing in null or low for prolonged time is seen as not wanting to be in alliance and is dealt with swiftly.
It is prohibited to utilize chain for pve at expense of pvp or logistics.
There will be one day reserved for logistics if needed


Leadership:

Leadership is setup with two directors per TZ with three officers for each.
On alliance level there will be one executor, and two representatives from each corp. Last decision is made by executor.
Diplomats will be handled by executor and one selected diplomat from Alliance.
HR will be taking care of members and PR.
