In case this is NOT a scam and the poster is just ingorant to the crimewatch/bounty system...

The Killright should not be put for sale depending on the bounty placed on the character, but rather on the flying habits of the target.
Killrights on -10.0 sec stat guys are (as already mentioned above) worthless, as they can be shot in space at anytime by anyone.

If you are not sure about the price you shold set for the killright you always can ask... We sometimes take the KR directly, but if made public the KR can work as well... Just make sure, not to put em public for free, as otherwise some of the bad guys might just hop into an alt and pop themselfs when they sit inna rookie ship.
