Due to RL i'm slimming down on my accounts and thus this little toon is up for grabs.

She's a well rounded start to industry and all things logistical.

Can fly the T2 galente tranport ships
Simply needs the covert skill book in order to fly a Helios
Can fly mining barges and is less than 15 days from a Hulk
Has Production Efficency 5

This character has no Kill rights, positive wallet, positive standings with all states
