Alternate available hotels for fanfest

Could any Fanfest vets or a CCP rep provide a list hotels close to the Harpa since all the Center Hotels are all fully booked. My corp has been doing some research but looks like most of the ones coming up are very far from the Harpa center.

So, there are two that I'd highly recommend having stayed there or visited in the past as a player:

Kex Hostel
Room With A View

There's also the following that have a decent reputation:

Hotel Fron
Apartment K
Icelandair Hotel Reykjavik Marina

All are within 10 minutes walk of Harpa Smile

Are there possibly any cheaper hotels.... one that won't cost me more than my plane ticket ?

Cabin's a pretty cheap hotel. Small rooms, but I spent little time in mine. It's a bit of a walk is the only downside. But not really a problem.

There's also a whole bunch of guest houses available. I'm going with a guest house because hotels are over rated.
