Systems with descriptions

A few months back, I stumbled across the fact that Sahtogas, unlike the vast majority of solar systems in EVE, actually has a description that amounts to more than "a solar system". Specifically, it has a brief passage from the Apocryphon. I vaguely recall seeing another system in either Curse or Providence that likewise had a description.

My questions are:

Is there any particular reason Sahtogas has that description? What is the backstory behind the system?

Are there any other systems with descriptions, and what is the backstory to those?

I know of a handful of systems with descriptions, most of which are related to the history of world-shaping events that occurred in those systems - in recent years, or long in the past of New Eden.

Sahtogas, for instance - a little backstory here. Ages ago, large portions of The Bleak Lands were Blood Raider sovereignty, with Blooder agents and stations. It functioned much like the Blood Raider sov does in Delve today, albeit with the major difference of being in lowsec rather than null. From at least YC64 - 51 years prior to the current one - Sahtogas was the heart of this, the closest thing the Blood Raiders had to a capital. It was from here that the infamous Omir Sarikusa rose to power over the entirety of the Blood Raiders.

This changed in YC 107, or 2005 in RL. Omir finally pushed the Amarr a bit to far (details in the link above) and they essentially bludgeoned the Raiders out of the Bleak Lands with the entire might of the Imperial Navy in coordination with Amarr loyalist capsuleer alliances. Ingame, this was represented by a switch to Amarr soveriegnty, stations, and agents, while the Blooders relocated to Delve. (Incidentally, this was the year I first got into EVE, and I thought the idea that players could aid in rewriting the game map was awesome.)

Some other systems I know of, and the reasons behind them:

37S-KO (Stain) - contains a quote of a Gallente senator praising Sansha's Nation, followed by a note that the Senator was charged with Sedition. Thought by some players to be the former capital of Sansha's Nation prior to its first defeat at the hands of the Big 4 nations.

EC-P8R (Pure Blind) - simply has the phrase "Get the pod, get the pod!" A reflection on the fact that EC- was, for a long time, one of the bloodiest and closest-guarded entrances to nullsec.

Y-DSSK (Great Wildlands) - contains a passage from a Thukker tribal chieftain at the formation of the Republic, explaining why the Thukkers would not join the fledgling Republic ( "[the Amarr] killed our Elder. You can have no idea what that did to the Tribe." ). I've often thought that Y-D was the system where the Elder was finally hunted down.

7Q-8Z2 (Great Wildlands) - contains a short phrase from "The Thukker Chronicles" commenting on the Thukkers' reasoning for becoming the spacefaring nomads they are. No known history, but 7Q does represent the border between Thukker territory and that of one of their bitterest enemies, the Ammatar.

not only the systems, but constellations and regions, for example Heimatar says "never again".
