Could the Naga become a torp boat in the upcoming balance changes?

Well, Hybrids aren't horrible on a Harbinger if you absolutely want a Tier 2 Hybrid BC... Blink Sure it's not optimal, but it's close enough to be effective. Consider a tracking computer if you're picky about range, will come close to pulse.

I played with a TP torp Naga on Singularity when they were still torp boats: it was the most fun I've ever had flying a missile boat. Suicidal? Yes. How else is a Minmatar going to fly?
