Wormhole Corporation recruiting active US and EU players

We are a group of friends who have been living in wormholes for a long time and have a lot of experience. As I said, we live in a wormhole. This means that we operate mainly out of wormhole space and only occasionally go out into known space. We are a small corporation and have no intention of growing past 50 members. We are active mostly between 15:00 and 04:00 server time.

We have a POS in a class 4 wormhole with class 5 static.
We do mostly PVE (sleeper) combat and gas cloud harvesting.
We have an internal trade system that has been proven time and again to work well.
Although our kill board is dismal at this point, we do engage in PVP often.
We are very laid back and open minded. Real life should always come first. Gaming is for entertainment, not a second job.
The corporation only draws a tax of 10%
Since we plan to stay small, we don't need to delegate responsibilities, therefore, you will not have any added responsibilities.
No payroll for directors means more isk for you.

We are looking for:

Pilots who have experience in eve and do not need to be trained in the basics.
PVP pilots
PVE pilots (we prefer pilots who can fly tengu)
Logistics pilots (prefer Basilisk Pilots)
Industrialists. (We have the capability to produce anything that is practical for wspace)
Pilots who are active regularly

Pilots who do not meet these requirements will not be considered for membership:

Ability to speak English
Good Heavy Missile skills
Good shield tanking skills
Basic Exploration skills
Ability to play eve for more than 10 hours per week
Good positive attitude

We are still recruiting, our current goal is to get 9 more members, not including alts. After that, we will only be recruiting pilots to fill spots that are left open by members who leave.

Our numbers are nearly to a point that we are comfortable. Soon we will be closing public recruitment. After that, positions will only be available as they open.

Our current focus is on pilots to fill spots in the U.S. time zone, but we still need a few more members for the EU time zone.

For the week of Feb 23rd through March 3rd, we will be doing a public recruitment fair. During this time we will be inviting masses of pilots to our public chat channel and opening up our teamspeak server to the public.
