With a new update being applied to Singularity shortly (if not already) will we get some patch notes so we know what has actually been changed. Its easier to test the new things that way

We don't tend to give patch notes for test server updates as it's pretty impractical for us to put together. Teams will likely have dedicated feedback threads discussing their features.

Notable new features or major changes are often mentionened anyway especially when they actually require testing.
