Go to Vuorrassi and fly into the Terminus Stream, it will give you the desired effect (other than it not really looking like a black hole).

All NPC corp tax ISK is secretly funneled into Torfi's private deposit vault. After work each day, he goes to his vault and jumps into your taxed ISK like Scrooge McDuck.

Taxes pay for things like station maintainence, fueling the stars, powering the CONCORD titan to cynoless bridge in CONCORD ships to WTFOMGBBQ people for minor offenses in highsec, Keeping stations stocked with noobships, civilian weapons, mining lasers and 1 trit apeice, and most importantly, keeping the Polaris brothels full of prostitues. Thanks for that last one btw, now were all us regular folk are stuck with 'little helpers' instead of professionals.

Since the cessation of their usefulness is imminent, may I appropriate your belongings?
