Isnt 2.0 already under construction for the oil tankers? Or was that mothballed?

He's gonna need a couple of thousand for that project. Netflix has a Discovery World program that spends an hour talking about Canal 2.0 and several of the ideas and issues they faced. Was a really fascinating watch.
