I hear a lot about ransoming here but I can never find a ransomee, how do you all go about catching someone?

The current people that collect ransoms, from my personal experience, don't care so much for effeciences or killmails, they care about financing their pvp. So I don't see how this will kill ransoms.

I think peeps with expensive implants and DO care about efficiences will be more willing to pay for ransoms now, in order to keep their precious killboards happy.

And a sudden plunge in the sullen swell. Ten fathoms deep on the road to hell.
