What does CCP do with taxed isk?

I've always wondered what CCP actually *does* with the ISK they get from market taxes/broker fees/mission tax/medical clone cost/etc. I assume much of it goes to fund the stations that provide those services and towards things like newbie ships, but it seems like they make way more ISK than would be necessary to do those things.

It gets used to pay CCP's bar bills, Booze is freaking expensive in Iceland!

I have deliberately developed an air of cynicism that I originally intended to make me appear somewhat louche and caddish but actually comes across as irritable hostility combined with the unspoken threat of sudden violence.....

The isk is used to buy PLEX. The PLEX is used to fund Dev alt accounts.

What? Did you think CCP employees get to play for free?

My thoughts were that ISK generated from taxes and charges are used to pay out bounties for killing rats and such. You know, keep that ISK circulating.

EDIT: Of course, this only stands from an RP point of view, but there is no other use for it apart from to provide a more immersible universe.
