Submitted a ticket last night, GM Akilian responded promptly and concisely. He gave me some relevant info and it looks like the issue is resolved. With all the "Customer Service sucks" that tends to populate MMO forums, I wanted to make sure I called out this great service!

its not that their customer service sucks, it just takes a little while in my experiance for anything to happen. its typical when you have soo many people, and soo few helpers.

I was very happy with the turnaround time (roughly 8 hours) , that is way better than I usually see with MMOs
