Not to disagree with a CCP, but Duality is still open.

Yes, Duality and Buckingham are open, but there is nothing to test there and that was the primary part of the question Smile

Edit: Buckingham is now in VIP mode as well, so only Duality is open. But there is nothing to test right now. Per CCP Seagull's devblog http://community.eveonline.com/devblog.asp?a=blog&nbid=74192 then we are planning a point release on 12 Feb and we are preparing SiSi with the initial public test version of that point release. Stay tuned, it's all happening.
