I have been running EVE on Mountain Lion since the first day it was released. No problems, no crashes or freezes.
I run 3 clients often (2 clones) and low graphic settings. I did not notice the delay others mention, but then I'm pretty patient ... so I can't say it didn't happen.
Installation and cloning went perfectly the first time. I had all three clients running within minutes of installation.

I played EVE on Leopard, Snow Leopard, and I actually think it's running better than ever on my Mac with Mountain Lion.

I'm getting an ATI Radeon HD 5870 tomorrow and will be installing that in my Mac Pro. Looking forward to some improved graphic action.

Running EVE on Mountain Lion on an 11" MacBook Air (GeForce 320M w/256MB) with no problems (apart from temperature, and the poor performance in target-rich environments, and modifier keys no longer working through Teleport).

Just installed on an rMBP, running at native with max everything (omg pure bliss btw), and seems relatively ok except FPS capped at 30. Anyone observe this?

EDIT: seems to be related to the "shader quality" setting. Keeping everything else on High (except AA obviously, which is disabled), FPS is capped at 30 when shader quality is also set to High. Setting the shader quality to anything else bumps the FPS to 60 (and also seems capped). Concomitantly, if shader quality is High and everything else turned off or set to low, FPS still capped at 30.

I can confirm with a 15" 2012 Macbook Pro (Not Retina) using snow leopard eve runs better with less frequent crashes than before. I hope it stays this stable.

Have a late 2008 MacBook Pro 5.1 with Mountain Lion.

While at work, I'll open my EvE client to get chats or to move toons around. When I do this, I also have windows running as a VM for work stuff (EvE is running OSX and not Windows). Never had a problem.

I have played a full day of EvE on my MacBook with no issues.

Only thing I has issues with was when you first start the game after downloading it. You click the client thinking it would open right away and you could b waiting a while. Come to find out, it downloads updates with letting you know for a half an hour. if you just wait, it will happen. After that first time, the game opens right away and look great!

Hope this helps.

I'm using a version dated February 29, 2012 on Mountain Lion with no problems. How do you see which rev you are using?

I posted about a similar problem (and provided a workaround) here:

It would appear that CloneMaker is not signed so it triggers this security feature of Mountain Lion.
