text macro app that works with eve?

Anyone know of an app like TextExpander that works with Eve? Its a text macro app where you type a keyword like ";slf" and it deletes the keyword and replaces it with a phrase you've associated with the keyword like "So Long and Thanks For All The Fish." Text Expander is the one I use every day, but it doesn't seem to work with eve. Whenever i type a keyword it disappears but the macro text never appears. Very handy for ascii art, corp boiler plate, frequently asked question answers, etc.

I use my Gkeys on logitech keyboard for some of that. Works well, but limited somewhat.
