Get scuicide ganking OUT of hisec

OP seems to think that suicide gankers do what they do for the sheer joy of activating smartbombs.

So if this mechanic were to be implemented, what would this have to do with suicide gankers?

If suicide ganking was taken out of highsec it wouldn't be suicide ganking.

I dindt say stop it, I say do more! This is opportunity for expansion of carrer as terroist / suicide killers to od more than just high sec frieghterkill.

A battleship fits 8 of them, you use more than 1 battleship, you use cap boosters to keep bombing after CONCORD starts EWAR/Neuting.

Should work well against Orca supported macks in Ice belts.

Problem is that miners are exploiting the fact that you can't activate a smartbomb in range of a GSC in HS by salting their belts with GSCs.

So smartbombing relies on them being idiots more than anything?
given that you can only get 2.4k of damage per strike and from the vid it seems like you will only get 4 shots.
Which leaves a tornado the better option if I can lock the single target.

/edit: Or that Concord is found anywhere outside of hisec. I'm confused.
