Question about KILL RIGHTS in fleet combat

I have two questions about Kill Rights during fleet combat.

1. If you are in a war, does kill right apply during this time? Lets say if I get blown up by a member of enemy corp, do I get a kill right?

2. If one of fleet member gets destroyed, does rest of fleet gets kill right for the pilot who is attacking or just that one member who has been killed?

I am quite new to the game and especially PVP area so bare with me here. Also I am not even sure this is right section for this kind of question but I am going to list it anyway...

1. If you are at war, you can blow each other up all you like. No kill rights are incurred.

2. Fleets do squat when it comes to aggression mechanics. All they do is give you bonuses and let you warp to each other.

Hmm thank you for the response.

But for 1st question, I should clarify something.
What I meant to ask was that after getting destroyed, does enemy name show up in kill right section? so lets say if war is finished that day, can you still kill the guy because of kill right?

Thanks again

If you are at war, no kill rights.

Are you asking if the war ends while you are actually fighting, what happens?

Still, no kill rights as your agro status keeps you fighting without repercussions.

Somebody correct me if I am wrong.

If you are destroyed 1 minute before the war is due to end (i.e. 23 hours 59 minutes into the cooldown period), you still get no kill rights, because the war is still legitimate right up until the end. Only illegitimate kills (f.ex. suicide ganks) give you kill rights.

Killrights are incurred when a pilot takes GCC on you and destroys your ship in lowsec (or highsec) space and you DO NOT engage him back. If you engage the pilot and he still kills you, you do not get killrights. If you are at war kill rights do not apply.
