Are there any EVE banks i can go to to deposit money and it make a crazy low interest rate or do people not trust them enough to exist.

I'm not a low-sec roamer, i just need to blow off some steam every now and then.

Not that I have seen. After the EveBank 700+ billion scam I doubt anyone is willing to risk their ISK for stupid low rates uncollateralized! If you are interested in investing I would check out some of the offers here on the forums! Some of the larger operations run like banks and give much better returns, although they are insanely similar to hedge fund...yea.

Check out Grendal. He offers 0.25% interest on deposits, and when he invests with your ISK you will get usually around 2% a month on however much he has used for the investment.

you will see several people who start banks. some of them with the intentions of repeating the Evebank, but I think many of them start with the best of intentions. Some just burn out and quit, some just get greedy. I don't mind filling short-term loans from time to time but I would never, ever, ever under any circumstanses hand off my wallet to someone on a forum who promises to make me money if I do so. You might as well go to jita and donate to all the alts who are trippling your money before they quit eve...

You could always invest into VBANK (send isk to this character please). The interest rate will be "crazy low" indeed (but as I just explained in the other thread - that's only a sign of how legit I am; anyone offering more is a fraud).

There are a lot of options out there. The closest type that you are referencing is Grendell's GIRT/GISK Fund: https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=67004&find=unread

Other than that there are numerous other people/funds out there offering higher interest rates. It all comes down to whether you want to trust those individuals with your money to safely invest it and return a predictable return. As always its a risk vs reward judgement so you ultimately have to make the call. As you can see people have thrown a lot of other options at you already for uncollateralized investments, which ones you want to work with, well that's up to you.

As far as deposit banks, there really isn't much available right now. After many failed banks, there is a lot of skepticism around the whole concept. As far as currently operating deposit banks, I believe I run the only operational one I am aware of. It's certainly nothing fancy, it's a small bank in comparison to banks of the past. It's a small private bank , where I can control how many clients I have and how much I have to manage by setting a lot of limitations such as my cap of 1.5T.

My target clientele is those players with enough spare isk that they can't or do not have the time to manage it all themselves. So they would rather invest with me, than to have it sit idle. My deposit rates are low, and when invested the returns aren't spectacular, but it's stable and sustainable. If you are a new player with limited funds, with a reasonable amount of play time. I would really recommend seeking a different approach to investing your isk. There are many ways you can invest your isk that can net you far greater returns, than depositing with me. Let me know what your situation is, and I can give you some input on what might work better for you.

On a separate note, do not forget this is Eve, always assume everyone is out to scam you. So what ever you decide to do with your money, be very safe about it and do your research. Finally, you should never invest what you can't afford to lose.

THanks grenadall for your response. I dont have too much money so i can handle it myself now but i plan on putting my profits away somewhere when i cant place any more buy orders. Ill keep our name in mind
