I've updated EVE wiki for wine. Feel free to point out mistakes or update it yourself. I'm not claiming it's good only it's better.

Couple of typos here and there but mostly OK.

Though what i noticed is that you say to use Radeon instead of Catalyst because of performance issues?

Catalyst got better performance than Radeon on EVE no question about it. Stability on the other hand is worthless. Also you may want to note in the beginning about dxtn for all opensource drivers otherwise you will have a black experience.

Note that most of what is there has been in the wiki for years, and I didn't write most of it. As far as the graphics sections I've only checked the Intel, and NVIDIA section. The other graphics stuff including the ATI/AMD section is not anything I have any knowledge of. I moved the ATI/AMD stuff to the back as it's complex and not everyone need to wade through it. Personally I'm leaning towards linking to a maintained external howto, and deleting what is there. Anyone have a recommended page for ATI/AMD graphics?

I wrote the AMD/ATI part for Gentoo long time ago but it need to be updated

And a Nouveau part is required too (Nouveau work for EVE like OSS AMD) and the procedure is about the same for the two

I'm thinking maybe we just link to the howtos for fglrx, radeon, nvidia, nouveau, and intel for the major linux distros, and be done with it rather than having a half dozen howtos for various linux distros. Also I'm finding more and more most linux distros just configure a 3D driver well enough to run eve out of the box. The real question in my mind is if there are any ATI/AMD specific tweaks required for EVE.

Removed old ATI/AMD stuff and started providing more helpful links. This is a work in progress. Remember you can always recover the old stuff from the history if there is valuable info.
