I have reservations about circulating this in public, but CEO Shani Zera is unreachable, and has been for some time.

Your activity dropped below acceptable levels in the final quarter of YC114 and has not improved. It is with some regret that I propose the following two options, though I feel that they are both fair and reasonable.

1. You return my investment, and we part ways.

2. You offer me the opportunity to buy you out and assume control of the corporation and its assets.

I encourage you to decide promptly so that we might avoid alternative, somewhat less amicable conclusions to what I hope will not assume the form of a dispute.

Bai'xao,

I appreciate the advisement, and what you say of course may be the case. However, I'm inclined not to jump to such a conclusion at this stage, which would not affect the outcome of my request by any means.

I have faith that JMMC will reach a decision as soon as they are able.

Well, I'd hate to be the person who pissed off the Co-Owner of our friendly poker establishment.

Best of luck and good will towards you getting that money back. Any news on that so far?
