Hey Guys,

I am looking for the specifics of rules to engagement for both low sec, high sec and everything in between. If you could point me or post them I would appreciate it. I have a few older players who are foggy on the rules and I went to be sure before I get my self stupidity blown up due to bad merc'ing.

For example in 0.6-0.5 space someone has blinking yellow skull - Can I take open aggression against them? What does that mean? Thank you.

1.If it moves, shoot it
2.If it doesn't move, bump it then shoot it.

There's really no rules of engagement, but if you're not fun to play with people will not play with you.
