Hi all.
I installed OSX client yesterday (Lion) and my FPS is acting weird.
Most settings set to low/medium (disabled shadows) and even when I'm docked with static screen FPS goes from 60-29 every 3-4 seconds.

Anybody got any ideas?

Same problem. Late 2009 Macbook Pro, 8gb RAM, NVIDIA GeForce 9400m, brand spanking new harddrive with freshly installed and updated latest version of OS, and nothing much else on it besides EVE.

Every 1 to 2 seconds, the fps will swing from 60 to 20 back to 60. Sometimes the fps will stay steady at about 35 for a few seconds. If I go to windowed mode and open another application into the foreground over EVE, my fps will go steady at about 35 fps. As soon as I bring EVE backk to the fore, the swings resume. This doesn't even occur every time I play EVE, only about half of the times that I load the game.

The hard truth you don't want to hear: Boot Camp or forget about FPS.
