I have a stock from while ago and suddenly it is worth a bunch.

mission loot got slightly harder to salvage for people not using drone boats, and the ones that were using drone boats are still waiting on CCP to backpedal on the drone aggro changes.

that, plus some speculation, and some drones refusing to salvage wrecks that don't have shared ownership even when the kill was done while on fleet. (many mission runners pick up missions with alts, so they have a much larger pool of missions to cherry pick from.)

as soon as drone boat captains get over trowing fits, or CCP backs down on the drone changes, and they fix salvage drones to salvage fleet loot, the market will flood with salvage and prices will crash.

maybe some of that ^^ but i think a lot of it is that you constantly see posts from people stating that it's more isk/hr to chain missions than it is to stop and loot. if a lot of people stop salvaging and looting, supply goes down. supply down, price up. economics at work.

With the increase in shiptoasting, the Report timer needs to be shortened.
