Game Freezes and Red Dots Appear

I've been having this problem for the past few days.... When I play EVE or any other game, within a few minutes my system completely freezes and slowly some red dots appear. I'm pretty sure that It has to do with the graphics card but I'm not sure how to fix it. I've tried rolling back on drivers and getting the latest ones. I have a program called EVGA Precision X that tells me what are the temperatures of the GPU, and while I was playing EVE it was about 69C until it froze again. So I'm pretty sure its not a problem with overheating. Has anybody had the same problem or does anyone have any idea of what's going on?

System SPECS:
OS: Windows 7 Ultmate 32bit
GPU: Nvidia GTX 285
CPU: Intel Core i7 940 (First Generation)
Motherboard: Gigabyte EX58-UD3R
RAM: 4 GB

you need a new gpu i hear u can get them for plex these days
