Suspect Flag for Smuggling

Smuggling Boosters (and anything else worthwhile) through high sec is fun but very unsatisfying.

It too easy to just say I refuse to give up my contraband and just keep going.

I would like to be flagged a SUSPECT if I decide to run from Customs official.

Most will use cloaky industrials anyways.

PS : Why were smuggling bonuses removed from Snake? Is there a new one? And why is it still listed in the EVElopedia?
