Is there any tools which will tell me what I can manufacture based on the assets I have available?

For example, a tool that will tell me what ships or equipment i can build based on the minerals I have at the station, or rigs i can build based on the salvage I have at a station.

EveHQ has a "Rig Builder" as part of the EveHQ Prism plugin. It will tell you what you can make from the salvage materials you have. However, as far as I can tell it can't be set to check based on what you've got in any particular station, it will always calculate using all your assets everywhere.
