Do you know what though? Were I you I'd be much much more worried about what this has done to your alts reps for buying/selling characters. Pretty much in the bin now buddy mmmm?

I'll be the first to admit I'm a friend of the seller. Then again, the seller atleast has friends. Something that's possible when you practice honesty.

If you can't substantiate your claims than why should we believe them? I would say the same to OP but you pretty much substantiated his claims for us by coming in here and getting all defensive about it. So far, I haven't seen any aggression or hostility from anyone but you (and a few random trolls).

If this happened as the OP described, then it's a glitch and shouldn't be allowed. Characters in that state, should be locked from receiving a Plex.

It's plain to see who is the abusive aggressive one in this. Even resorting to using alts to back up his self righteous claims. But all I hear is the following......

Raising again the earlier point Í made..

If he was aware a petition about this was made then the last thing he should do is return the PLEX

Leave them alone cos if the gm decides to hand em back and misses the fact they were sent already you are out that isk.

A counter petition asking for advice on what to do with them is also a good idea as if the gm decides no action is needed you could end up with 6 plex forever as you won't know what they decided.

Then you go down the moral path. But then this is EVE and we are allowed to be underhanded and immoral Twisted

Edit: Incidently I do find it funny how many folk are supporting the self-confessed scammer - personally I am thinking of roosting chickens.

Oh and I am not an alt of anyone just a bored third party offering sage words of advice Smile

Scammers are currently selling killrights on this toon for up to 5mil, if you have paid for this service demand your money back at once.

Killing me should be for free.

It is the same case with this you have had so many chances to stop it if it was truly a mistake but you haven't. Because the PLEX was claimed and now is AN IN GAME ITEM and the rules state that all items on the character when it is sold / being transfered are forfeit to the new owner.

I am not giving up items that by the rules that CCP wrote are now rightfully mine because you had some brain freeze according to you.

Like I said guys, I am not the bad guy. The mails he has sent me even before I have had chance to reply sum him up for the type of person he is and he is clearly trying to SCAM CCP back his real money because he didnt want the PLEX.


The point is, it's an honest mistake and he/she didn't leave them on the character prior to transfer. They were redeemed to the character by default due to an oversight on CCPs part. This doesn't fall into the character transfer 'rule' you posted imo.

None of you know if she is telling the truth, dont say 'oh it was a mistake' only CCP can see if it was a mistake or not.

Im waiting for CCP to contact me and not going to comment about this any further to be honest, its getting so old now.

The items were on my character after I bought it, so they are part of the transfer so they are mine endo presto. If it is a glitch then CCP will refund her but not out of my pocket since its not my fault. Also if it is a glitch so bizarre its only been found out now .

Also, If I had lost six PLEX i would fight a bit harder, she doesnt really seem to care., because she knows im right about being protected by the rules.

Either way I've done nothing wrong
