The ship kills are self destructing the shuttles left in there that we were too lazy to take out.

The pod kill is another self destruct so that someone could get to a trade hub quickly....... don't ask.

Thanks for pointing out the mistake with the link. It is fixed now.

Negotiated ingame and bougt this WH yesterday evening, paid 50% up front and 50% when we got into the WH and he moved Customs Offices over to us. Everything went very smooth and quick, no troubles at all.
