Claimed PLEX on a character I sold

considering jane didnt know he/she was buying a char with plex on it she wont be banned for it because it was OPs fault and breach of trading rules

the worst that can happen to jane is to have the plex/money removed form her account

Yeah I doubt they will ban his account its not like he knew or anything. Who knows maybe they will just let him keep the isk and give me my plex back. Then we would both be happy.

From your terrible attitude , complete disreguard for rules and the respect of others I come to the conclusion that you are doing this because you decided that you no longer wanted the PLEX and want a real life refund, or that you are a troll or that you are just plain stupid.

Either way I am completley within my rights to sell the PLEX and do what I want with the money since I am in no breach of the rules whatsoever, you had so many oppurtunities to stop this happening if it was truly a mistake but you failed to act upon them.

Feel free to contact CCP, I have already done so. I am within my rights by character transfer rules to keep any and all items left on the character after transfer. I have no obligation to refund you under my own money no return the character / items to you.

Next time read the rules.


Dude, it looks like he made a genuine mistake, and you've just decided to take advantage of it. Rules may be rules, but in this case, you actually have a choice. You're choosing to be somewhat.... undesirable. Even moreso than the regular "undesirables".

This kind of posting, as opposed to the OP making a genuine enquiry instead of some kind of claim of entitlement, is a demonstration of your outright indignant lack of integrity. Therefore, I have decided that, I am going to donate a PLEX to the OP at my earliest possible opportunity.

I am also encouraging anybody else on these forums to, whether CCP lets him have his PLEX back or not (seeing as how this person has almost definitely confirmed OP's sincerity with this egregious display of obnoxious entitlement), also donate a plex to OP in order to help him either recover or exceed his mistaken losses. I haven't done my act of kindness for the new year yet. This will be it.

Stay in touch, OP. I will process a PLEX for you on Monday, you have my word, written here in the forums. Go ahead and screen shot it and make it a legitimate pledge. Let the jerk have his moment of accidental piracy. And if CCP won't fix it for you, maybe some of the community will.

Im simply following the rules that any items left on the account are rightfully entilted to the knew owner.

End of, i dont care if you think I'm a bad guy and like I said I would have given the PLEX back but not after the abuse this person has sent me

Thanks for the offer. But you really dont need to do this. I am sure that CCP will take care of it in the most fair manner. In the end I was a dummy and should have realized the wrong character was selected at the login screen.

In this case, the rule is in place to protect you - there's nothing in the rules that would stop you from returning property to a seller that they indicated politely was not meant to go with the character. In fact, OP appears to be quite prepared to lose it all outright.

I have not Abused you in any way. this thread was created last night to ask a question to the community to see if anyone else had had this happen. You came in here on your own and gave people perceptions about you.

You think I wanted this? I want to just get on with playing but I am not giving up items which were transfered in the character transfer process it is my character now so they belong to me end of.
