Updating Skills Alliance/Corp

I would like to update the skills for my corp that is the executor of the alliance. I did not form the alliance. Will that effect the alliance at all(I dont have the skills necessary for the alliance creation, etc.)?

Thanks for any help on this.

No skills affect the alliance.

If anyone is curious I tried it and it doesn't appear to have any effect.

Executor corp IS what affects alliance stats. Dont update unless you can improve the alliance.

Options are:
Train the skills
Hire a trusted alliance maker/updater

Edit here: damn it... I was pretty sure i was right on this... Tau has me second guessing now

Second Edit: Then how would anyone ever update an alliance?

There is nothing to update. Once created, there are no skill imposed limits.

Yeah I have confirmed.. I updated my corp with mediocore skills.. alliance is not effected(unless the magic is going to happen after downtime!!).
