Volatile Instability -VOL- is a close nit brotherhood that is well versed in the extraction and reclamation of tears. We feast on the sadness of our victims and prey on the weak. We are the scummiest of the scum, we are pirates, and we are currently opening our doors back up and looking for like minded pilots.

2. Ability and desire to commit to low sec
3. Self sufficient
4. Sociable and interesting
5. Able to follow orders in fleets
6. The ability to fly a capital is a plus
7. TS3 installed with working mic
8. Ages 20+
9. 10 mil sp required
10. No trial accounts
11. Full api key required
