Mind if I start this off with a bid of 9b?

Edit: Will actually start bid @ 8b after some calculating on skills and focusing of the forenamed items, the huge lack of drone skills also pulls the price down a little.

1. What you speak of is true, but a carrier toon does not sit in triage 100% of the time either. :)

2. As a customer my opinion does not matter? Wow, you got this trading business figured out don't ya?

3. If you have someone giving you 13b for that toon go ahead and sell it before he changes his mind.

Also, instead of getting cocky and impolite: Why not just say "Sorry, ingame bid of 13b already."? Would've saved us both time.

Am i missing something? no you don't sit in triage all the time but your role is to repair and support the fleet so why in hell would you be called on for drones? are you really the guy to be telling people how to pvp?

customer? your welcome to be a customer but in that role you dont dictate the price... especially with some crappy excuse of "your calculations" as if you some how have expert knowledge. I value the character and if you dont want to pay that price then dont post

finally this post has been up a matter of hours so why would i accept the first offer i get? to be honest what i accept and what i don't is really none of your business - so mr herbert the master of all knowledge the door is that way ----->

Did I say buyout? Did I state anything other than "Mind if I start it at this price instead of your original price because in my opinion it is not worth your asking price?" It has nothing to do with expert knowledge of pricing of toons, just a feeling that you are overpricing yours for the skills that it has. No need for you to get mad because someone does not agree with you in the pricing of your assets.
It even says, and I quote: "Mind if I start this off with a _BID_ of 9b?". How you got a buyout from that I will never know.

And please, my killboard in a Character sales thread? What does that have to do with anything? Did I ever state I was going to use your toon for PvP even? Oh wait, no I did not. You're just assuming alot of things that aren't correct. But then again, you probably won't read this all the way through and just go ahead and assume I'm saying "I am 1337 pvper, fear me or die."

Ah, the customer does not set the price, no. But the customer decides if the seller gets to sell his assets for the price he/she is asking or not.

Now, next time you post in this forum: please do not argue with possible customers about what they think is a right price, just kindly say that you are not interested in that sum of money instead of mocking them. Just a small tip.

And ofcourse I do not decide if you sell it or not, who in their right mind would think that? It's your toon, not mine. All I was doing was giving a suggestion any my view on the thing. You are free to deny or accept that, but doing personal jumps because of an offer isn't really the way to go.

Put it this way: If I walk into a store, and decide to buy an item that I like, I ask the shopkeep if he could allow to sell this item for 8$ instead of 12$ and the shopkeep just proceeds to call me an as*hat and a ****** because I even asked. I'd punch that man in the face straight up. And right now you are acting like that shopkeep.

TL:DR: Don't like the price you are offered? Say no, don't insult people.
Also, if ingame bid is 13b I'd suggest moving your starting bid to 13b aswell since you probably won't sell it for less.
