Hate to say this, but what were the parents saying to their kids before all this kicked off? What puts people to this state of mind from someone else living their life?

I do dislike Biebers music having heard it all of 2 times in my life, but... I'm disturbed by the thought that people watch someone else en masse and care for someone to try and control them by this kind of blackmail. I'd think anyone reasonable would stop what they are doing if hundreds of people are going to commit suicide or destroy themselves if you cross their line... It hasn't happened yet but looking at the trend its only a matter of time before a cult say's they will drink the cool aid unless he does something.

I would like to clarify something. 9GAG/The 9Gag Army is/are the actual culprits behind this horrible and truly depressing prank. 9gags pr department found out too late that the community was participating in this prank and then did the kneejerk reaction they always do. They blamed it on 4chan.

Or Sean Cassidy, or Justin Timberlake, or any of the other short-lived teeny crushes. At a certain age, adolescent female teens are simply wired to take on these utterly irrational crushes. The object of their crush is almost always kinda soft and squishy and non-threatening, frequently possessing only minor tallent. Dunno why, but every generation does it.
